My name is Diana Gunckel. I specialise in corporate law and my expertise lies in banking and finance. I assist with funding transactions, mergers, acquisitions, structuring and restructuring. I do this for international businesses, directors and investors. I also advise public authorities involved in financing, for instance in the context of the energy transition.
I love cycling into the wind for long distances. The satisfaction that I feel on reaching the finish is comparable to the exhilaration of completing a complex transaction.
I am a driven and organised lawyer. My focus is not only on the substance of the matter but, even more so, on my clients’ desires and objectives and I proactively work to achieve them. I therefore have many long-standing clients. They also call me to discuss issues that are not strictly legal.
