Nysingh attorneys and notaries continues planned growth with accession of three partners
Annechien Beijering-Beck, Jessica de Roos and Eveline Schmitt-Hoogeterp join as partners.
My name is Eveline Schmitt-Hoogeterp and I specialise in health law. I advise and litigate on corporate, contract, administrative, disciplinary, healthcare and insurance law as well as governance and market regulation in healthcare. I do this for healthcare institutions, hospitals in particular, and healthcare professionals in the cure and care sector. I regularly assist in mergers and acquisitions between large healthcare institutions.
My resume makes it clear that I have hands-on knowledge of the healthcare sector. My career has been fully devoted to it from the outset. I pursued two specific areas at Erasmus University Rotterdam, namely policy and management in healthcare (master’s degree in Health Economics, Policy and Law) and jurisprudence, for which I obtained my master’s degree in Law and Healthcare.
During my studies, I worked at a niche firm in Rotterdam specialising in pharmaceutical law. I then went on to practise as a lawyer in healthcare at a niche firm specialising in that area. I have been working for Nysingh’s Health law practice group since January 2018. My full resume is available on LinkedIn.
I am the author of the Participation (Clients of Care Institutions) Act for the Tekst & Commentaar Gezonheidsrecht publication (Text and Commentary on Health Law). In addition, I regularly give guest lectures at Erasmus University Rotterdam and hold seminars at clients.
My colleagues and I in the Healthcare Market Group share our expertise regularly on our website, on- and offline seminars, in newsletters and at live events.
