My name is Hanneke Frijlink. I specialise in employment law, with emphases on dismissal procedures, guidance on reorganisations, designing employment terms and various issues involving form of cooperation. With a focus on the healthcare sector, I assist companies (both domestic and international) in proceedings and other processes concerning employment law.
My way of working is best described as solution oriented and effective, without losing sight of the legal aspect. I take a tactical and strategic approach to my work. This is useful when developing strategic plans, which is something I am often called upon to do.
I regularly share news, insights and knowledge about employment law and I give courses both inhouse and externally.
