My name is Jamie Rousseau. I specialise in liability and insurance law, with a focus on personal injury, and I advise and litigate for insurers, insurance intermediaries and companies.
Before joining Nysingh, I obtained a master’s degree in private law, specialising in liability law, at Utrecht University. In my master’s thesis, I researched cost awards for multiple injuries, using systematic case law analysis to examine how judges deal with this issue. During my studies I was also a Claims Operations Fleet employee at an insurance company.
As a lawyer, I enjoy pursuing my clients’ interests while meticulously tackling the complex legal puzzle of liability law. My goal is to unravel the puzzle and arrive at clear, understandable solutions that enable my clients to move forward.
