My name is Julika Corbeek. I practise corporate law, with a focus on company law itself as well as mergers & acquisitions (M&A). I advise and counsel companies in disputes and negotiations on mergers and acquisitions.
I obtained a bachelor’s degree in International Business Law and a master’s degree in Corporate Law at Leiden University. During my studies, I did several internships at law firms and was on the board of the Leiden Law School Green Team. Before that, I did an internship at Nysingh and have been employed here since July 2025.
I always search for practical and future-proof solutions, with my clients’ best interests at heart. It was the combination of law practice and business that motivated me to choose corporate law. The challenge and variety offered by the legal profession are a perfect match for me.
My goal is to help businesses put their legal affairs in order, not only today but also for the future, thus enabling them to focus on doing business and growing their companies sustainably.
