My name is Laura de Leeuw and I specialise in real estate and tenancy law, advising and litigating on a range of related issues. I do this for various clients including healthcare institutions, public authorities, housing associations, property developers and contractors.
My advice is pragmatic and clear. I bring a clear focus to my work, which I enjoy doing for my clients with the aim of achieving the best possible results.
Before joining Nysingh, I worked for a medium-sized law firm in The Hague for four years. During my studies I was an external court clerk at the ‘s-Hertogenbosch Court of Appeal. After graduating I worked as an intern at various law firms. In January 2023, I was a guest lecturer in tenancy law at the Academie voor Vastgoed (Real Estate Academy).
