Martijn Zinnemers

My name is Martijn Zinnemers. I specialise in corporate law, company law and contract law. I have a wealth of experience in the domestic and international practice of mergers and acquisitions, in which I assist my clients in negotiations about the ownership, control and financing of companies. In addition, I advise on a wide range of questions in the field of company law, and Dutch and international contract law. For example, I assist clients in intra-company disputes and advise them on entering into or terminating various types of commercial contracts. I mainly assist domestic and international entrepreneurs and investors.

I have been working at Nysingh since 2010. Before that, I studied Business and Dutch Law at Radboud University Nijmegen. I like to contribute ideas towards entrepreneurs and come up with legal and practical solutions that you as an entrepreneur can use in your day-to-day business operations.
