My name is Vanessa Jasarevic. I specialise in European and Dutch procurement law and I advise and litigate on all aspects of public procurement: designing tenders, drafting and reviewing tender documents, assessing situations against procurement law exceptions (such as extreme urgency, quasi-in-house procurement, horizontal cooperation, lack of competition for technical reasons), and conducting complex preliminary relief proceedings and proceedings on the merits. I do this for contracting authorities such as decentralised public authorities and the central government, as well as for tenderers themselves.
My experience in working for central government has provided me with a close familiarity of tender procedures and an acute sense of administrative and political relationships. I am a meticulous and resolute lawyer and I value clarity. Clients see this clarity reflected in my advice.
My colleagues and I have a firm grasp of procurement law. We share our expertise regularly on our website as well as in newsletters and at on- and offline seminars and live events. I am happy to help if you would like to know more.
